Romeo Gaetan – Owner & CEO, GMJ Sound Entertainment | Co-Owner, NP
Romeo Gaetan, also known as DJ Gaetano, is GMJ Sound Entertainment’s owner and NP Flawless Decor’s co-owner. He is a business-minded creative dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences. With an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration &Management and certifications in Google Analytics and Negotiation, he combines his passion for music with an entrepreneurial spirit. Starting his DJ journey in 2004, Romeo transitioned to digital mixing by 2006 for private events. In 2022, he founded GMJ Sound Entertainment, bringing a unique blend of music, energy, and visual enhancements to weddings and private events across Long Island. Romeo’s business expertise in marketing, financial management, and customer relations ensures smooth event operations, his negotiation skills secure the best deals for clients, and his data-driven approach keeps his services fresh and ahead of industry trends.

As a DJ, I pride myself on reading the room and playing what truly connects with you and your guests. I give clients as much control over the music as they want, making sure every set reflects your unique taste. I don’t believe in playing overdone songs or using a loud, overhyped voice to make announcements — just a clean mix and a vibe that feels right for your event.His goal is to create memorable, high-energy celebrations with professional services that exceed expectations, all while turning moments into lifelong memories.
Rose – Owner of NP Flawless Decor & Co-Owner of GMJ, Creative Director & Brand Experience Manager
Dr. Rose RENE is a dedicated clinical teacher at Adelphi University and a compassionate Doctorate Nurse Practitioner who follows her passion for creativity through balloon decoration. As the Owner and Creative Director of NP, she leads our innovative balloon décor and event design services. Her journey into event decor began when she transformed her own baby shower with stunning balloon designs, sparking a love for creating memorable, vibrant environments.When she’s not shaping future healthcare professionals or caring for patients, Dr. Rose finds peace in listening to gospel music, watching romantic films, spending cherished moments with family, and cooking. This blend of professional excellence and personal passion enables her to bring a unique, heartfelt touch to every event she decorates, ensuring that each celebration is both beautiful and deeply meaningful
